What we collect: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email — only what's needed to process and deliver your order and send you order updates. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay); we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
What we use it for: fulfilling your order, delivery updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional emails about new designs.
What we never do: sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with: our printing & logistics partner (to print and deliver your order) and our payment gateway (to process payment) — strictly for your order.
Your rights: ask us anytime what data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion — email care@primum.in and we'll comply within 30 days.
